摘要
目的 制备三羟乙基芦丁对照品用于曲克芦丁的HPLC含量测定。方法 采用超越终点合成法减少产品中二羟乙基芦 丁含量。结果 制备出符合要求的三羟乙基芦丁对照品并用于曲克芦丁质量标准的制订。结论 三羟乙基芦丁的纯度达到 95.9％。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare trihydroxyethylrutin refrence substance for the HPLC assay of troxerutin. METHODS: The synthesis method of exceeding terminal point was adopted to reduce the content of dihydroxyethylrutin in the product. RESULTS: Trihydroxyethylrutin refrence substance was prepared and used in working out the quality standard of troxerutin. CONCLUSION: The purity of trihydroxyethylrutin is 95.9%.
