摘要
白酒中甲醇含量的测定方法包括比色法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、蒸馏法等。采用气相色谱法和比色法,对不同酒精度和不同甲醇含量的样品进行检测。结果表明,两种检测方法之间存在一定的差异,在实际检验过程中应根据不同情况选用相应的测定方法。
The measurement methods of methanol content in liquor include colorimetry, gas chromatography, HPLC, distillation etc. In this paper, gas chromatography and colorimetry were applied separately for the measurement of methanol content in liquor of different alcoholicity. The results showed that there was certain difference between the two methods and each one should be chosen according to the practical situations.
