摘要
采用《水质甲醇和丙酮的测定顶空/气相色谱法》(HJ895-2017)分析废水中甲醇时,如所测定工业有机废水中同时含有甲基乙基酮(以下简称2-丁酮)时,使用HJ895-2017分析方法中提及的色谱柱Ⅰ(文中简称DB-WAX色谱柱)时,废水中的2-丁酮对甲醇分析有干扰,而使用HJ895-2017分析方法中提及的色谱柱Ⅱ(文中简称DB-624色谱柱)时,可将甲醇与2-丁酮分离,且实际样品加标的精密度、正确度以及甲醇分析检出限均能满足《水质甲醇和丙酮的测定顶空/气相色谱法》(HJ895-2017)中工业废水甲醇测定的要求。研究表明,采用《水质甲醇和丙酮的测定顶空/气相色谱法》(HJ895-2017)分析含有2-丁酮的工业废水中甲醇时,选用DB-624色谱柱进行分析,检测结果可反应该工业有机废水中甲醇的真实浓度,从而有针对性提升对该种工业废水中甲醇排放的合规性管理。
When using the“Determination of Methanol and Acetone in Water Quality by Headspace/Gas Chromatography”(HJ895-2017)to analyze methanol in wastewater,if the industrial organic wastewater also contains methyl ethyl ketone(hereinafter referred to as 2-butanone),methanol analysis when using the chromatographic column I(referred to as DB-WAX chromatographic column in the text)mentioned in HJ895-2017,2-butanone in the wastewater interferes with.However,when using the chromatographic column II(referred to as DB-624 chromatographic column in the text)mentioned in HJ895-2017 analytical method,methanol and 2-butanone can be separated,and the precision,accuracy and detection limit of methanol analysis in the actual sample spiked can meet the requirements of the“Determination of Methanol and Acetone in Water Quality by Headspace/Gas Chromatography”.Research has shown that when using the“Determination of Methanol and Acetone in Water Quality by Headspace/Gas Chromatography”(HJ895-2017)to analyze methanol in industrial wastewater containing 2-butanone,using DB-624 chromatographic column for analysis,the detection results can reflect the true concentration of methanol in industrial organic wastewater,thereby improving the compliance management of methanol discharge in this type of industrial wastewater.
