摘要
以芦丁和环氧乙烷为原料,三乙胺作催化剂,制备曲克芦丁,研究了反应温度、反应时间和三乙胺用量对产品收率的影响。实验表明,以1 mL三乙胺作催化剂,170 mL甲醇为溶剂,50 g芦丁和20 g环氧乙烷在75~80℃反应6 h,曲克芦丁收率不低于86%。
Using rutin and epoxyethane as starting materials,troxerutin was synthesized by triethylamine catalysis.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and triethylamine dosage on the yield of troxerutin were investigated.The results showed that the yield of troxerutin was more than 86% when 50 g rutin and 20 g epoxyethane reacted for 6 h over 1 mL triethylamine catalyst at 75~80 ℃ in 170 mL methanol solvent.
