摘要
刚完成数字化转型的图书馆,其硬件环境和工作流程要求更科学合理的管理模式与之适应,来完成推动。传统的物本管理过于"重物轻人",模式僵化,难以应对这个复杂多变的行业环境;而能从精神上统领千军万马的心本管理对于图书馆这个相对较小的组织团体来说又显得过于柔性和宽泛,不够量化;相比较而言,人本管理模式更能激发馆员的主观能动性和创造性,更适合数字化图书馆的管理。
The library,just completed digital transformation,its hardware environment and workflow requires a more scientific and reasonable management mode to suit with it,and to push it forward.The traditional mode –'Material management' pays more attention to things than people,and it has become ossified,and it's difficult to deal with the complicated and changeable industry environment.From the spirit,the 'Heart management' can command an army,but for the library,such a small organization,it appears too flexible and broad,without enough quantitative;In comparison,the 'People oriented management' mode can stimulate the librarians more subjectivity and creativity,and it can be more suitable for digital library management.
