从大的社会背景中探讨了企业文化在企业发展战略中的重要地位和作用 ,根据电力企业的特点 ,提出构建企业文化的具体做法 ,对企业发展战略与企业文化建设的关系进行了探讨。
From social background, it discusses the enterprise cultural important status and role in enterprise deuelopment strategy. According to the characteristics of power industry, it suggests the concrete practice of establishing enterprise culture, and discusses the relationship between enterprise development strategy and enterprise cultural establishments.
