摘要
培训是提高图书馆员综合素质的重要途径。为了提高培训效果,馆员培训必须与图书馆文化融合,以培养"图书馆人"为核心导向。"图书馆人"的素质包括身体素质、学历、品行、法律意识、职业精神、胜任岗位的能力等,其中胜任岗位的能力包括信息能力、科研能力、沟通能力、管理能力、创新能力、心理能力、学习能力。为促进"图书馆人"的培养,必须构建配套的"图书馆人"综合评价指标体系和融入图书馆文化的图书馆员培训课程体系。
Training is an important way to improve comprehensive qualities of librarians.To gain good effects,the training should be combined with library culture and take training ＂library person＂ as orientation,whose qualities include health situation,educational background,behavior,legal consciousness,career spirit,professional capacity,and so on.The professional capacity includes information ability,research ability,communication ability,management ability,innovation ability and learning ability.In order to train ＂library person＂,the system of comprehensive evaluation indexes for ＂library person＂ and the curriculum system of librarian training combined with library culture should be established.
