摘要
高校思想政治工作应遵循人本理念,而要坚持人本理念,必须加强政工队伍建设,坚持以人为中心,推行体现人性的激励机制,建设以人为本的文化。
The ideological and political work in institutions of higher learning are suggested to go by the idea of people foremost, and to adhere to the idea of people counting is to strengthen the construction of administrative staff and is to adhere to the centering around people and to implement the incentive mechanism embodying human nature and to construct the culture centering around people.
