管理理论的发展，在经过三个阶段之后已出现了第四阶段，即对人的认识有了升 华，提出人是最重要的资源，最宝贵的财富。全面理解人本管理的内涵及精髓，建立以人为本的管 理工程和机制，是时代的要求，企业成功的关键。
With the development of management theory, it enters upon a new stage, which lays much stress on the human resources. The author holds that management of taking human resources as the essentials will be a key to the success of enterprise.
