摘要
对比饱和水溶液法、超声法及胶体磨法制备活血熄风颗粒剂总挥发油的包合效果。在此基础上,以包合率为考察指标,通过正交实验对胶体磨法制备总挥发油包合物的处方进行优化。采用薄层色谱法、紫外光谱法对包合物进行表征,确定优化条件:挥发油∶β-CD 1∶10(mL/g),β-CD∶蒸馏水1∶4(g/mL),45℃研磨包合40min。薄层色谱法、紫外光谱法证明挥发油已包入β-CD中形成挥发油包合物。胶体磨法制备包合物工艺简单,适合于工业化生产。
To compare inclusion effects and process conditions of three preparation methods including saturated solution method, ultrasonic method and colloid mill method for inclusion compound of volatile oils. An orthogonal design was carried out to optimize the formula of β-CD inclusion compound of volatile oils from traditional herbs in Huoxue Xifeng Granules. The optimal experimental conditions of colloid mill method are as follows: the ratio of volatile oil and β - CD was 1 : 10(ml/g), the ratio of β - CD and distilled water was 1:4 and kept grinding for 40 min at 45 ℃. The formation of inclusion compound was confirmed TLC and UV - spectrogram. The technology was simple, and suitable for industrialization product.
