摘要
目的:对新鲜当归挥发油的化学成分进行分析研究。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取当归挥发油并通过气相色谱/质谱 技术对其进行分析。结果:共得到47个组分,鉴定出其中40种化合物,约占总量的95.5,其中含量最高的为藁本内酯 (54.3),其次为2 乙基 1 己醇(7.0)、十三烷(4.8)、9,12 十八烯酸单甘油酯(3.8)、9,12 十八二烯酸乙酯 (3.4)、十七酸乙酯(3.1)等。结论:首次研究了新鲜当归挥发油的化学成分。
AIM: To study the chemical components of the essential oil from fresh Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. METHODS: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC/MS. RESULTS: 47 kinds of constituents were gained in all, of which Ligustilide was the highest (54.3%), among them 40 kinds of them were identified, other higher constituents including 1-Hexanol, 2-ethyl(7.0%), octadecane(4.8%),9,12-octadecadienoic acid (z,z)-2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester(3.8%), Linoleic acid ethylester (3.4%), and Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester(3.1%), etc. CONCLUSION: The chemical components of the essential oil from fresh Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels were analysed for the first time.
