摘要
目的:考察胶体磨法包合丹皮酚及包合物的稳定性。方法:采用胶体磨法、气相色谱法,以丹皮酚含量为考察指标,对丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物进行强光照射、高温和高湿试验。结果:在光、热、湿等因素影响下,包合物中丹皮酚含量没有明显变化,而单纯丹皮酚混合物的含量明显下降。结论:丹皮酚β-环糊精包合物具有较好的抗光照性、热稳定性和湿稳定性,其稳定性明显优于单纯丹皮酚混合物。
This work aimed to inspect Jiaotimo by the inclusion paeonol and determine the stability of the inclusion compounds of β-cyclodextrin with paeonol. Using Jiaotimo and GC chromatography and taking the content of paeonol as the inspection index, the inclusion compounds of β-cyclodextrin with paeonol were examined under in- tense light at high temperature and humidity. The content of paeonol showed no significant changes in the inclusion compounds of β-cyclodextrin with paeonol but noticeable changes in the semplice paeonol mixture. The results indicated that the inclusion compounds of β-cyclodextrin with paeonol have the characteristics of anti-light, anti-heat and anti-humidity , with the stability better than that of the semplice paeonol mixture.
