摘要
目的 :考察超临界流体CO2 萃取所得川芎挥发油的 β 环糊精包合物的制备工艺。 方法 :正交实验法。考察 β CD与挥发油的比例、包合方式、包合温度、包合时间 4个因素。 结果 :最佳包合工艺条件为油与 β CD的比例(1∶9) ,胶体磨法 ,60℃ ,90min。结论 :确定了川芎挥发油的 β
Objective: To explore the preparation te chnology of β-cyclodextrin i nclusion compound for Chuanxiong volatile oil. Method: Or thogonal test was used t o evaluate the influence of the 4 factors,including the proportion of volatile o il to β-cyclodextrin,the mode of mixing,inclusion temperature and mixing time. Resul t: The best inclusion condition is the proportion of volatile oil to β-cyclodextr in 1∶9, the mode of mixing grinding,inclusion temperature 60 ℃ and inclusion time 90 min. Conclusion: The best inclusion technology of Chuan xiong volatile oil is confirmed.
