摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定防风通圣丸中升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(C18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61);检测波长为254 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为室温。结果升麻素苷进样量在0.147 2～0.736 0μg之间,5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进样量在0.134～0.670μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(相关系数r分别为0.999 7、0.999 8);二者的平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.86%。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性好,可用于防风通圣丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of prim - O - glucasylcimifugin and 5 - O - methylvisammioside in Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills. Methods Inertsil ODS - 3 （ C18 ） column （ 4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm ） was used and the mobile phase was methanol- acetic acid- water （35： 4： 61）. The detection wavelength was 254 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min - 1and the column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear ranges of prim - O - glucasylcimifu- gin and 5 - O - methylvisammioside were 0. 147 2 - 0.736 0 μg （ r = 0.999 7 ） and 0. 134 - 0. 670 μg（ r = 0.999 8 ）, and their relative average recoveries were 99.78% and 99.86% ,respectively. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and specif- ic, and it can be used for the quality control of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills.
