摘要
目的建立中药调脾抑胰合剂的药物成分鉴别和辛弗林含量测定的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别中药制剂中的党参、炒白术、茯苓、瓜蒌皮、猪苓和薏苡仁;采用高效液相色谱法测定调脾抑胰合剂中辛弗林的含量。结果在TLC中均能检出党参、白术、茯苓、瓜蒌皮、猪苓和薏苡仁。辛弗林在10.8125~173μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.93%,相对标准偏差为1.51%。结论该检测方法简单可靠,重现性好,专属性强,可用于调脾抑胰合剂的内在质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the identification and quantitative analysis of synephrine in Chinese medicine Tiaopiyiyi mixture.Methods The thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Codonopsis pilosula,Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,Poria cocos,Pericarpium trichosanthis,Grifola umbellate and Coix seed.The content of synephrine in Tiaopiyiyi mixture was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The spots in Tiaopiyiyi mixture mentioned above were showed clearly and distinguished well on the TLC.When the concentrations of synephrine were in the range of 10.8125-173μg/ml,agood linear relationship(r=0.9998)was obtained with a rate of recovery of 98.93% and relative standard deviation of1.51%.Conclusion The method established for the identification and quantitative analysis of synephrine in Chinese medicine Tiaopiyiyi mixture is simple,reliable with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Tiaopiyiyi mixture.
