摘要
目的:通过定量分析比较不同煎煮途径对防风通圣方中主要成分含量的影响,判断各个方法的优劣。方法:HPLC法分别测定不同煎煮途径下防风通圣方中的黄芩苷和栀子苷含量。结果:代煎、自煎、免煎颗粒样品的黄芩苷含量分别为0.886、0.787、0.639 g/L;栀子苷含量分别为0.057、0.051、0.017 g/L。结论:防风通圣方不同煎煮途径的优劣可通过HPLC定量测定来区分;由黄芩苷和栀子苷含量均得出代煎途径最佳。
Objective: To compare the efect of diferent decoction methods on the contents of main components in Fangfengtongsheng prescription by quantitative analysis so as to evaluate the merits of each method. Methods: The contents of baicalin and gardenoside were determined by an HPLC method. Results: The contents of baicalin were 0.886, 0.787 and 0.639 g/L and the contents of geniposide were 0.057, 0.051 and 0.017 g/L by three diferent decoction methods including the decoction by hospital, the self-decoction at home or oral ready granules from company, respectively. Conclusion: The merits of diferent decoction methods can be evaluated by HPLC determination of two main components in Fangfengtongsheng prescription and the contents of baicalin and gardenoside are the highest by the method of the decoction by hospital.
