摘要
随着就业形势的多样化和劳动关系的复杂化,灵活就业人员的工伤保障问题日益引起人们的关注。由于多种因素的制约,他们暂时不能参加工伤保险,使得其合法权益往往得不到充分保护。灵活就业人员工伤保险制度亟待出台。制度的设计既要保持与现行工伤保险制度的衔接,又要适合灵活就业人员的特殊需要。
With the diversification of employment situation and the complication of labor rela- tions, the work-related injury security problems of the flexible employees raise more and more con- cern. Due to the restriction of many factors, they can＇t have the work-related injury insurance tempo- rarily, which causes that their legitimate rights and interests can＇t be protected. The systems on flexi- ble employees＂ work-related injury insurance need to be established urgently. The systems designing should both keep connected with the present work-related insurance systems and fit in with the flexi- ble employees＂ special requirements.
