摘要
目的对龙眼的各部分化学成分和药理作用进行综述,为龙眼的进一步开发利用和临床用药提供参考。方法查阅大量国内外相关文献,进行总结分析。结果龙眼是具有补血安神、健脑益智、补养心脾功效的药食两用的滋补佳品,近年来对其假种皮(果肉)、果皮(壳)、种子(核)、花、叶等不同部分所含化学成分和药理作用已有部分研究。结论龙眼作为中国南方的主要经济作物,其药用价值也很高,但目前对其研究还不够多,需进一步全面深入研究。
Objective To review the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Dirnocarpus longan Lour. and to give assistance to clinical applications and related researches of Dimocarpus longan Lout.. Methods Recent literatures were summarized and analyzed. Results Dimocarpus longan Lout. has the efficiency to nourishing blood and brain for tranquil-lization and invigorating heart and spleen. Recent years,researches focused on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activi-ties of different parts （ prip, husk, kernel, flower and leaf） of longan. Conclusion Dimocarpus longan Lout. （ Chinese name： longy-an） ,which is a famous southern subtropical fruits in China, also has high medicinal value. But so far as we know, there is no e-nough research on it,we must further in-depth study it.
