摘要
目的 考察不同加工方法对玄参有效成分的影响及其原植物不同部分中有效成分的含量。方法 采用HPLC对玄参的不同加工品及其原植物不同部分进行含量测定。结果 鲜材切片烘干品中有效成分哈巴俄苷含量高于传统加工品 ,哈巴俄苷在根茎、子芽及须根中含量也较高 ,但地上部分中未检测出。结论 鲜材切片烘干法可能是玄参较好的一种新的加工方法。根茎。
OBJCTIVE To study the effects of different processing methods on the contents of active constituents in the Chinese traditional drug Xuanshen,Root of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.METHODS Using HPLC with harpagoside and cinnamic acid as standards.RESULTS The content of harpagoside in the slices of fresh roots dried in oven was higher than those in other processing products.There was also high content of harpagoside in the rhizome,bud and fibrous root materrials of S.ningpoenis ,but not found in the uerial parts.CONCLUSION To make slices with fresh roots and dry in oven may be a good processing method.Rhizome,bud and fibrous root can be used as the resources of harpagoside.
