摘要
目的综述有助于改善睡眠的中药类保健食品与药膳的相关研究进展。方法查阅国内外公开发表的相关文献资料并进一步综合分析。结果研究表明,一些具有药食同源特性或可作为保健食品原料的中药具有镇静催眠功效;有助于改善睡眠的中药类保健食品通常来源于传统方剂、中医临床验方或根据中医药理论组方并满足相关功能评价要求;安神类药膳亦在中医药理论指导下制作并对失眠症具有一定的临床疗效。结论一些中药类保健食品与药膳确有一定的助眠效果。
Objective To review the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine health food and herbal cuisine for sleep improvement.Methods The relevant document literature published publicly both at home and abroad was consulted for further comprehensive analysis.Results Many investigations demonstrated that some Chinese herbal medicines with the characteristics of medicine and food or those could be used as the raw material for health food had the sedative and hypnotic effects.Traditional Chinese medicine health food for sleep improvement usually came from traditional prescription, traditional Chinese medicine clinical prescription or according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine prescription to meet the relevant functional evaluation requirements. Sedative herbal cuisine was also made in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and showed certain clinical curative effect on insomnia. Conclusion Some traditional Chinese medicine health food and herbal cuisine really have a certain effect on for sleep improvement
