摘要
隐性教育是学生思想政治教育的基本模式之一,其特点主要表现为教育主体的自主性、教育内容和方式的隐含性、教育途径的非封闭性和教育结果的持续性。隐性教育可以有效解决学生的反叛心理、有效促进学生的参与积极性、有效涵盖学生生活的各方面,从而增强思想政治教育的效果。增强思想政治教育实效性的主要措施包括:优化校园文化环境,营造良好育人环境;加强针对性引导管理,强化实践类隐性教育;注重显性教育中的隐性渗透,构建渗透式思想政治教育模式;把握隐性教育的特点,重视随机思想政治教育。
Implicit education is one basic model of conducting the ideological and political education of students, which has the characteristics of the autonomy of education subject, the implicitness of educational content and method, the non-closedness of educational channel and the continuity of educational result. The implicit education can effectively solve students＇ rebellious mentality, promote students＇ active participation and cover students＇ life, so that the education effect will be strengthened. The main measures to enhance the effect of education include： optimizing the school culture environment and creating a good environment of educating students; enhancing the guiding management and strengthening the practical implicit education; laying emphasis on the implicit penetration in the explicit education and constructing the infiltration education mode; grasping the characteristics of implicit education and stressing the random education.
