摘要 高校德育实效性问题,是长期以来困扰高校的一个难题,也是高校和学界长期以来不断探讨的课题。长期以来,高校德育以显性教育为主,往往是越强调,越显性,而效果却不尽如人意。对隐性教育进行初步探讨,强调隐性教育在提高德育时效性方面的重要意义。认为隐性教育适应了新时期社会转型环境下高校德育工作的需要,适应了处在人生转折时期的大学生心理特征,适应了高校德育"以人为本"理念的要求,也是国外德育成功经验提供给我们的重要启示。 The effectiveness of moral education has long been a trouble explored in colleges and universities.For a long time,moral education in colleges and universities have focused on explicit education,which is less effective with more emphasis.This paper conducts preliminary study on implicit education and stresses the significance of implicit moral education in raising timeliness of moral educaition.The paper holds that implicit education adapts to the needs of colleges and universities in the new period of social transformation,to undergraduates' psychological characteristics at the turn of their life,and to the requirement of "people-oriented" concept in moral education of colleges and universities,which is also an important enlightenment brought by moral education in foreign countries.
