摘要
显性教育与隐性教育是高校思想政治教育中的两种基本模式,二者各具特色,功能互异,既相互独立又相互联系。在实施思想政治教育的过程中,片面的强调一方而否定另一方均有失偏颇。所以必须将显性教育与隐性教育有机地融为一体,克服其局限性,最大限度地挖掘它们的教育功效,使高校思想政治教育工作不断焕发出新的生机与活力。
