摘要
辣椒碱是辣椒中主要辣味成分,具有多种生物活性。本文综述了辣椒碱在医药、食品保健、种植业、养殖业、涂料工业以及军事等方面的应用,并对其广阔的应用前景进行了展望。
Capsaicinoid is a principle pungent component of hot pepper fruit with physiological functions. The research progress of capsaicinoid on application such as food,medicine,coating,pesticide and national defense at home and abroad was reviewed, meanwhile its application prospect was discussed.
