摘要
高等农业院校已成为农业科技研究的主力军、推动农业经济发展的主要力量。文章从农业高校的视角,对"十五"以来农业科技投入(包括人员投入、经费投入)与产出(包括成果奖励、专利、论文、论著和成果转化)现状进行了分析,为进一步揭示农业高校农业科技成果转化率低的深层次原因,增强农业高校的科研实力和核心竞争力提供理论依据。
Agriculture universities are the main force of agricultural science and technology research, promoting the development of agricultural economy. This paper analyzes the input （ including personnel investment and funds investment） and output （including achievement awards, patents, papers, works and achievements transformation） of scientific and technological activities of agricultural universities, aiming to provide some theoretical foundation for raising the output efficiency of scientific and technological and promoting the research force and core competitiveness of agricultural universities.
