摘要
在科研院所中,不合时宜的科技转化意识、滞后的科技体制、紧缺的科技转化资金、参差不齐的科技转化队伍等是科技成果转化工作中的主要障碍。提高科技自主创新能力,实现科技强国,必须努力克服种种阻碍,大力推进科技成果转化工作。
In the current research institute, outdated consciousness of technology transfering and behavior, lagging science ＆ technology systems, badly lacking financing in the middle-trial-manufacture, and ragged troop of R＆D people with ability, are the main impediments of technology transfer and being incapable of forming resultant force of scientific research in the swift development of country economy construction. For the enhancement of the independent innovation ability in science ＆ technology, the realization of the science ＆ education building great power country, technology transfer work must be pushed energetically with conquering these obstacles.
