摘要
文章统计了1985～2007年我国农业领域公共科研机构的专利数量及地域性分布等,对专利的申请成功率、申请频次、联合申请、主要领域、存活率等指标进行分析,对比国内外部分研究机构,提出加强对专利工作的重视,建立积极氛围;确定专利工作重点,提高专利质量;加强对农业领域科研人员的专利申请技能培训,提高专利申请成功率;考虑农业科技的特殊性,在特定领域开展专利申请和保护的试点工作等建议。
Patents applied by agro-public research institutions in China from 1985 to 2007 were analyzed in this study, in terms of amount, geographical distribution, success rate of application, application frequency, joint application, main areas and patent life, etc. Parts of these data were compared with those of domestic and foreign research institutions. The suggestions were as folJows： 1. to pay much more attention on patent application in the field of agricultural research with focusing on patent quality not its amount; 2. to improve capacity building on applying for patent and to increase success rate of patent application; 3. considering the characteristic of agricultural technologies, to promote patent application and protection in some areas, etc.
