摘要
知识产权是科研单位综合实力的重要体现。文章以河北省农林科学院为例,统计了近年来授权专利、审定品种和获得品种保护权、发表论文和出版著作的数量,分析了省级农科院在知识产权管理工作中的做法与存在的问题,提出了加强业务培训、树立宣传典型、加强过程管理、完善激励机制和深化合作等加强省级农科院知识产权管理工作的对策和建议。
Intellectual property is an important manifestation of the comprehensive strength of scientific research institutions.Taking the Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,the article counted authorized patents,the number of approved varieties,published papers and books in recent years,and analyzed the practices and existing problems of the provincial academy of agricultural sciences in intellectual property management.This article also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the intellectual property management of provincial agricultural academies,such as strengthening business training,setting up propaganda models,strengthening process management,improving incentive mechanism and deepening cooperation.
