摘要
民俗具有独特的民族地域特点,而对民俗的翻译研究将会对当地的文化传播起到一定的促进和交流作用。本文试图以生态翻译学理论为指导,从生态翻译的原则-多维度的选择性适应与适应性选择和生态翻译方法 -"三维"转化(语言维﹑交际维﹑文化维)入手,在分析广州饮食民俗中"饮茶"的翻译基础上,探索生态翻译学对广州民俗翻译的启示。旨在对广州民俗文化的传播起指导作用的同时,也对生态翻译学的应用研究提供一定的参考价值。
Folklore is characterized by regional and ethnical features and its translation research can play a part in the promotion and exchange of local cultural transmission. Under the guidance of eco - translatology theory, this paper proceeds with the translation principle multidimensional selective adaptation and adaptive selection andecotranslation methods three -dimensions （language dimension, communicative dimension and cultural dimension） transformation to explore ecotranslation＇s enlightenment toward Guangzhou folklore translation on the basis of analyzing ＂drinking tea＂ in diet folklore there and provide a reference value for the applied researches of eco - translatology theory.
