摘要
把含氯的杀菌基团海因固载到高分子载体上制成水不溶性杀菌剂。通过二甲基亚砜把氯甲基化树脂氧化为醛基树脂 ,再把醛基树脂转化为高分子海因制备水不溶性海因类杀菌剂。在特定的测定条件下 ,所制备的杀菌剂的杀菌率可达 90 %以上 ,有望用于各种工业及民用水等流体介质的杀菌消毒。
Oxidative bactericides containing chlorine, such as chlorine , hypochlorite,and hydantoin with cyclic chloro-imine have been widely used as bactericide and algicide in the treatment of industrial and potable water.However,these biocidal compounds are relatively unstable in water and reactive with organic contaminants to produce toxic trichloromethane.The insoluble bactericide was prepared with the chlorone hydantoin as the bactericidal group loaded on the polystyrene skeleton. The chloromethyl polystyrene resin was oxidized to formyl polystyrene resin with dimethylsulfoxide, and then the formyl polystyrene resin was changed to insoluble hydantoin bactericide. Under special condition, the bactericidal ratio of the bactericide prepared was high up to above 90%. It can be hoped to be used in the sterilization and disinfection of the fluid medium such as industrial and potable water.
