摘要
文章对溴氯海因杀生剂的理化性质、杀菌机理及合成方法进行了综述,并在此基础上对溴氯海因的合成工艺参数进行研究。以溴氯含量和收率为主要考察指标,讨论反应pH值、原料比例、温度、时间等因素对产品质量的影响,探讨合成溴氯海因的最佳工艺条件。利用该工艺条件制备的溴氯海因,溴氯总含量大于96%,平均收率为97.30%,各项性能指标均达到国内外同类产品质量要求。
The physics -chemical character, the disinfection mechanism, and the synthetic method of bromochlorohydantoin were summarized. On the base, the synthetic technological parameters of bromochlorohydantoin were studied. As the primary quality indexes, the bromine and chlorine content and yield were tested. The effects of pH, the ratio of raw materials, temperature, time etc. on the quality of products were estimated and the optimum technological conditions were determined. Bromochlorohydantoin prepared under the optimum conditions has the bromine and chlorine content of more than 96%. And bromochlorohydantoin average yield is 97.30%, which reaches the quality requirements of the similar products at home and abroad.
