以离子交换树脂为原料合成水不溶性杀菌剂 被引量:2

SYNTHESIZING WATER INSOLUBLE BACTERICIDE USING ION EXCHANGE RESIN AS RAW MATERIAL

摘要 在实验室以磺酸阳离子交换树脂为原料制备含硫和氮的水不溶性杀菌剂。通过聚苯乙烯磺酸吡啶盐中间体合成磺酰氯树脂 ,在磺酰氯树脂上固载乙二胺 ,带有叔胺基的树脂与卤代烷作用合成集杀菌和除硬为一体的杀菌剂。使用所研制的水不溶性杀菌剂与异养菌悬液作用 ,用量 6mg/mL时杀菌率可达到 98.3 % ,除硬率达 84 .8%。 A water insoluble bactericide containing sulfur and nitrogen was synthesized using ion exchange resin as raw material in laboratory. Polystyryl sulfonyl chloride was synthesized via polymeric pyridinium sulfonate intermediate and then carried with ethylenediamine. In succession, the resin was further reacted with halo hydrocarbon for synthesizing a bactericide, which had both of bacteriocidation and calcium ion and magnesium ion removal functions in the water. The bactericidal rate and hardness removal rates reached 98.3%% and 84.8% respectively at a dosage of 6 mg/mL in testing a heterotrophic bacteria suspension by the synthesized bactericide.
