摘要
按照构效关系综述了双委铵盐、季铵盐和含氮杂环的盐化合物及具有高效、快速、广谱抗菌性的季盐阳离子表面活性剂型抗菌剂以及聚氮阳离子、聚磷阳离子抗菌剂。相似结构的聚季盐较聚季铵盐有更佳的抗菌性。水不溶性聚合物抗菌剂较之水溶性抗菌剂具有更优异的性能。它有望成为水处理抗菌剂的发展方向之一。
In view of the relationship between the structure and antibacterial activity, followingtypes of organic compounds used as antibacterial agents are reviewed: the cationic sufactants positivelycharged with nitrogen and phosphorous atoms, the polymers with ammonium and phosphonium as well ascyclic N-halid-amine. New synthesized quaternary and biquarternary ammonium saIts and nitrogen oniumcompounds show their high antibacterial activities with broad spectrums. Moreover, the quaternary phosphonium salts reveal their higher antibacterial aetivities than that of quaternary ammonium and therefore tobe expected as the next generation of antibacterial agents. The polymeric antibacterial agents having thecharacteristics of slow releasing, long effectiveness, low poisoning and safety would be promising as watertreatment agents and also used in air cleaning and packing materials.
