摘要
目的 :研究运用HPLC测定中成药中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。方法 :C18柱为色谱柱 ,0 .1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH调节至 7.0 ) /甲醇为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 46nm。 结果 :该方法可在较短时间内使 3种中成药中的补骨脂素、异补骨脂素得到较好分离 ,从而准确定量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in three Chinese traditional patent medicines.Methods:Using Shimadzu Shim pack CLC ODS column, 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer (adjusting 0.1mol/L Na 2HPO 4 to pH7.0 with 0.1mol/L H 3PO 4)/methanol as a mobile phase, absorbance detection wave length at 246nm.Results: The psoralen and isopsoralen in three Chinese traditional patent medicines were baseline separated and determined in a shorter analysis time.
