摘要
目的：建立气相色谱法测定补骨脂药材中有效成分的含量。方法：采用３０ｇ／ＬＳＥ３０填充柱，氢火焰离子检测器，以氧化铝柱净化样品，为６，７－二甲氧基香豆素为内标物，内标二点法定量。结果：对国内１１个地区的补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素进行测定，含量分别为０．０５％～１．１７％及０．１６％～１．２０％。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a GC method to determine the contents of active compounds psoralen and isopsoralen in fructus Psoraleae.METHOD:Stationary phase:3% SE 30 ;FID detector;6,7 dimethoxy coumarin as internal standard.RESULTS:Several samples of 11 areas were analyzed by this method.The content of psoralen ranged from 0.05% to 1.17%.The content of isopsoralen varied from 0.16% to 1.20%.CONCLUSION:This method is a simple and feasible way to control the quality of fructus Psoralea.
