摘要
光敏剂补骨脂素是从补骨脂的成熟果实中提取的一种有效成分,具有广泛的生物学活性。因其对各种波长的光均表现出一定的光敏反应,可与核酸、蛋白质和脂类等作用,表现出抗肿瘤作用,极具开发应用前景。文中综述了补骨脂素的抗肿瘤机理及应用研究展望。
Psoralen is an effective component,which is extracted from the mature fruit of Psoralea corylifolia L. ,belong- ing to photosensitizer and has various biologic activities. Psoralen is sensitization to all kinds of wavelengh light, it can react with nucleic acid, protein, lipid and so on. Psoralen has been proved to have effect of antitumor and broad foreground of exploitation. This paper summarized the antitumor mechanism and application prospect of Psoralen.
