摘要
用高效液相色谱法，测定了血康冲剂中补骨脂素的含量。平均加样回收率为９８．９％，变异系数为２．４％。为考察血康冲剂质量提供了检测手段。
In this study, the content of psoralen in Xuehang Chongyi was determined by HPLC. Thechromatographic conditions were as follows NOJA-PAK C18(3.9 x 1 50mm, 4 um), mobile phase, water-methanel-tetrahydrofuran (72:18. 10), detected at 246nm. The average recovery rate was 98.92 ± 2.4%.
