摘要
目的:探讨围手术期营养支持护理对结直肠癌患者康复作用。方法:将我院收治的98例结直肠癌患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,对照组采用常规围手术期护理,观察组患者采用围手术期营养支持护理。结果:观察组患者胃管留置时间、进食时间、手术住院时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在淋巴细胞计数、血红蛋白、总蛋白、清蛋白以及前前蛋白含量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠癌患者采用围手术期营养支持护理方案进行护理可缩短患者康复时间,改善患者预后。
Objective: To investigate the perioperative nutritional support care for rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:A total of 98 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group received routine perioperative care, while patients in the experimental group were given perioperative nutritional support care. Results: Outcomes regarding to gastric tube indwelling time, eating time, length of hospital stay were better in experimental group than that in the control group (P〈0.05) ; the incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 05) ; patient in experimental group showed better result of lymphocyte count, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, and the former precursor protein content than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Perioperative nutri- tional support can shorten recovery time, and improve patients' outcomes.
