摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜HOXA10、白血病抑制因子(LIF)mRNA表达水平与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)妊娠结局的关系。方法前瞻性收集了行IVF/ICSI-ET者59例,其中21例临床妊娠者作为妊娠组,38例未妊娠者作为非妊娠组,于前1个月经周期的黄体中期取内膜,应用RT-PCR技术检测子宫内膜HOXA10 mRNA和LIF mRNA的表达水平。结果妊娠组与未妊娠组黄体中期子宫内膜LIF mRNA水平分别为1.12±0.32和0.94±0.14,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠组与未妊娠组分泌中期子宫内膜HOXA10 mRNA水平分别为0.68±0.12和0.62±0.07,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分泌中期子宫内膜HOXA10 mRNA和LIF mRNA表达水平与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局有相关性。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between expression of endometrial HOXA-10,LIF mRNA and the outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET.Methods Fifty-nine women underwent IVF/ICSI-ET were collected,21 women who successfully became pregnant were selected as pregnant group,38 women who failed to be pregnant were selected as non-pregnant group.RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of HOXA10 mRNA and LIF mRNA in endometrial samples.Results LIF mRNA in the endometria was 1.12±0.32 in the pregnant group and 0.94±0.14 in the non-pregnant group.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）;HOXA10 mRNA in the endometria was 0.68±0.12 in the pregnant group and 0.62±0.07 in the non-pregnant group.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of HOXA10 mRNA and LIF mRNA in endometrium are correlated with the outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET.
