体外受精-胚胎移植治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕的临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 [目的]探讨子宫内膜异位症不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的妊娠结局。[方法]收集2004年1月～2006年1月的68例子宫内膜异位症患者,行常规体外受精或卵胞浆单精子注射77个周期,其中无卵巢巧克力囊肿者26个周期(Ⅰ组),有卵巢巧克力囊肿者51个周期(Ⅱ组),Ⅱ组有22周期采用长方案促排卵(Ⅱa)组,另外29周期则采用超长方案(Ⅱb组),收集同期53例输卵管因素行体外受精和胚胎移植的不孕患者(共58周期)作为对照组(Ⅲ组),进行回顾性分析。[结果]Ⅱa组的获卵数、HCG日血清雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱa组、Ⅱb组的Gn用量、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率与对照组均无显著性差异;Ⅱ组行开腹或腹腔镜手术剥除卵巢异位囊肿,其手术侧卵巢的获卵数显著少于对侧卵巢。[结论]累及卵巢的子宫内膜异位囊肿影响卵巢对促超排卵的反应;体外受精-胚胎移植是治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的有效方法。
