摘要
目的：探讨子宫内膜整合素β3、细胞间隙连接蛋白43表达水平与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的关系，进而分析其与子宫内膜容受性的相关性。方法：前瞻性收集了IVF／ICSI—ET病例36例，其中11例临床妊娠者作为妊娠组，25例未妊娠者作为非妊娠组。于黄体中期取内膜，应用单克隆抗体免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜整合素β3和Cx43表达情况。结果：妊娠组与非妊娠组子宫内膜腔上皮整合素B3表达的HSCORE平均分数分别为0．55（0．00—1．60）和0．07（0．00—1．10），差异有显著性（P=0．02）；而子宫内膜腺上皮整合素β3表达比较，两组之间差异无显著性；子宫内膜间质细胞和上皮细胞中Cx43表达在两组均未发现统计学差异。结论：子宫内膜腔上皮整合素β3表达水平可能与体外受精一胚胎移植妊娠结局有相关性。
Objective： To evaluate the relationship between expression of endometrial integrinβ3, connexin43 and the outcome of IVF/ICSI - ET. Methods： 36 women underwent IVF/ICSI - ET were collected, 11 women who successfully became pregnant were selected as pregnant group, 25 women who failed to be pregnant were selected as non-pregnant group. Immunohistochemical staining was performed for the expression of integrinβ3 and connexin43 in endometrial samples. Results： The average HSCORE of integrinβ3 in the endometrial luminal epithelium were 0. 55 （0. 00 ～ 1. 60） in the pregnant group, and 0. 07 （0. 00 ～1. 10） in the non - pregnant group. The difference was significant （P =0. 02）. In the endometrial glandular epithelium, there was no difference in the expression of integrinβ3 between the two groups. There was no difference in the expression of Cx43 between the two groups, neither in the endometrial stroma nor in the endometrial epithelium. Conclusion ： The expression of integrinβ3 in the endometrial luminal epithelium is correlative with the outcome of IVF/ ICSI - ET.
