摘要
决定短跑成绩的好坏,主要来源于平时科学的训练.尤其是发展下肢肌肉的绝对力量和爆发力.本文从发展静力练习,发展对抗肌力量练习等角度入手,对发展短跑下肢力量的训练进行探讨.
A spriater's good performance is decided by the svientific training acurately by developing the absolute force and the explosive force of his her lower limbs. This article is intended to probe into the training of developing the force of the sprinter's lower limbs from the angle of practicing the statie training and developing the force of the antagonistic mascles.
