摘要
应用澳大利亚产Kinitech等速肌肉力量测试系统对四组被试的短跑一、二级运动员的肩、髋、膝关节屈伸肌力量进行测试,分别在60°/s、240/°s两种测试速度下,测定三关节屈、伸肌的最大峰力矩、相对峰力矩,用灰色关联分析法对影响短跑成绩的多种等速肌力因素进行定量分析,探索短跑成绩与上下肢等速肌力的相互关系,为研究短跑运动员关节肌力的特征提供基础数据和对比材料。
Using FAST-TWITCH isokinetic test system made in KEYLINK of Australia, this paper tested the strength of shoulder, knee and hip joint among first-class and second-class athletes who were grouped into four by means of concentric contraction. The speed of 60°/s, 240°/s were set on each joints respectively. Peak torque (PT) and relative PT of flexor and extensor of the three joints were tested. By using grey correlation analysis, the paper made a quantitative study on the various factors affecting the score in sprint, probed the effect of isokinetic strength on the score, aiming to offer basic data and information concerning joint strength of sprinters.
