摘要 筛选抗心肌缺血药的经典方法是测定药物对小鼠耐缺氧死亡时间的影响。但是该法比较粗糙,缺乏准确性。目前,国内外许多资料表明,大鼠或狗在缺血(或缺氧)情况下, The normal level of ATP in mou(?) myocardium deter(?)ned by HPLC was 5.2±1.3 10^(-7)mol/g wet tissue. The depletion of ATP occurred when m(?)experienced to an(?)a. We found that there were two different stages for depletion—The slow and fast stage. W(?) also observed a c(?)ical level of ATP necessary for mouse survival. Propranolol and verapamil showed beneficial effects on the ATP depletion when mice were short of oxygen for 15 min, but they had no effects on mouse survival and the preservation of ATP depletion when mice were short ofox. ygen for 47 min.
