摘要
刺五加茎叶的乙醇提取液对胶原、肾上腺素诱导的小白鼠血栓形成具有保护作用,使小白鼠的麻痹持续时间缩短。能明显延长小白鼠断头后的喘气时间及小白鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎后的存活时间,也能延长硝酸钠组织中毒的存活时间,对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌耗氧量增加时的耐缺氧作用尤为明显。
The protective effects of alcoholic extracts of Acanthopanax Stem and Leaf (EA) in thrombosis and cerebral anoxia have been studied.The results showed that EA produced a significant protective effect in thrombosis induced by collagen and adrenaline and anoxia in all of the models studied in terms of anoxia, ischemia and histotoxicosis.
The antianoxia effect was observed at the dose level which induced neither sedation nor motor depression. The antithrombotic effect was related to its antiplatelet aggregation action. The antianoxie effect was related to its action of increasing cerebral blood flow
The results suggest that EA could be useful in the treatment of anoxic and ischemic disease.
