介绍黄酒生产副产物米糠、米浆水、二氧化碳、酒糟、酒脚、老酒汗、废硅藻土的综合利用及转化产品方法的探讨。
The comprehensive utilization of the by-products in the production of Yellow Rice Wine,such as rice polishings,water in which rice has been soaked,carbon dioxide,distiller′s grains,yellow rice wine lees,recovery of alcohol from the method of decocting yollow rice wine,waste kieselguhr and an approach the way of transformed into products were described in this paper.
