摘要
采用硫酸亚铁为混凝剂混凝澄清黄酒米浆水 ,通过条件试验和正交实验 ,确定了最佳混凝工艺条件 ,在 p H值为 8.0 ,混凝剂 Fe SO4 加量为 1.4 mg/ L,搅拌速度为 6 0 r/ min,搅拌时间为 5min时 ,澄清后透光率可达 90 .0 %,可作为工业用水再利用 .
Ferrous sulfate(FeSO 4) was used to defecate rice milk in yellow rice wine production. The optimum technological conditions were determined with orthogonal experiments and condition tests. When pH value was 8.0,the dosage of FeSO 4 1.4 mg/L,the stir speed 60 r/min, and the stir time 5min, the light transmittance of clear liquor could reach 90.0%.The effluent could be reclaimed as industry water.
