摘要
本文简述了以荧光能量转移体系测定 DNA方法的发展过程 ,对近几年这一领域的新成果作了介绍 ;同时对吖啶橙 (AO)一中性红 NR为荧光探针测定 DNA的条件进行分析 ,证明了该法具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、检出限低、选择性好、抗干扰能力强等 ,该法为微量 DNA定量分析提供了一个新的途径。
This thesis demonstrates the development of testing DNA with fluorescence energy transfer system and gives an introduction about the new study results of recent years in this field.It also analyses various conditions of testing DNA with acridine orange (AO) neutral red(NR) as a fluorescence probe which proving this method is of high sensitivity,wide linear concentration range,low determination limit,good selectivity and strong ability against interference.
