摘要
核酸是一切生物都含有的存在于细胞核的重要成分,是生命现象中不可缺少的生物大分子,也是生物遗传信息的载体,它控制着蛋白质的合成和有机体细胞的机能,在生物的生长、发育、繁殖、遗传和变异等生命活动中占有极其重要的地位。随着分子生物学的广泛应用,核酸的研究已由定性跨越到定量阶段,在核酸的定量研究过程中,方法学上经历了传统的杂交印迹法、分光光度法、电化学法、基于PCR技术的各种定量方法及毛细管电泳法等定量与半定量方法,文章就以上方法进行综述,着重阐述近年来发展最迅速、应用最广泛的PCR技术。
Nucleic acid, a pivotal b iomacromolecule is an important composition tor all the organisms m cell nucleolus, and bearer of genetic information. The synthesis of protein and function of organism cells are under the control of it,it plays a vital role in the growth, development,heredity, reproduction, variation of biology . With the abroad application of molecular biology, the span of research of nucleic acid is from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. The methodology includes traditional Northern-Southern blot,spectrophotometry, electrochemistry, PCR, CE. The paper summarized the methods, emphasized on PeR technology which was widely applied and rapid developed.
