成教学生职业决策自我效能与社会支持关系 被引量:1

Study on Adult Education Students' Career Decision-making Self-efficacy,Social Support and Their Relationships

摘要 成教学生职业决策自我效能总分和各分维度得分处中等水平,低于普通大学生水平,且个体间得分差异比较悬殊。成人教育学生社会支持总分呈一般水平,低于全国大学生平均水平和全国人口常模。成教学生职业决策自我效能与社会支持总分间存在显著正相关,职业决策自我效能中各分量与社会支持中客观支持和主观支持均存在显著正相关。建立回归方程:职业决策自我效能=91.807+1.034×社会支持,两变量之间的线性相关关系极为显著。采用逐步回归法,建立了回归方程:职业决策自我效能=99.391+1.497×主观支持,主观支持对职业决策自我效具有很高的预测力。 The total score for adult education students in career decision-making self-efficacy is in the medium range,and individual difference is very large.The general score for social support of adult education students is ordinary level,lower than the national average level of university students and the country's population norm.There is positive relation between adult education students' career decision-making self-efficacy and social support in total scores.There is also positive relation between sub-variables in career decision-making self-efficacy and objective support in social support.The regression equation established is career decision-making self-efficacy=91.807+1.034×social support.Linear correlation between the two variables is highly significant.The regression equation established by stepwise method is as follows:career decision-making self-efficacy=99.391+1.497×subjective support.The subjective support for the career decision-making self-efficacy has a high predictive power of predictability.
